MasalaSuperMarket ships:

  • Within Slovenia

  • To selected European Union countries (if applicable)

Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons (festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect delivery information

MasalaSuperMarket is not responsible for delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Order size

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, additional charges may apply.
  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If items are missing, please contact us immediately with your order number.

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.


7. Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Goods

Some food products may be sensitive to:

  • Heat
  • Cold
  • Improper storage

We take appropriate care in packaging; however, once delivered, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.

MasalaSuperMarket is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.


8. Customs & Duties (For EU Cross-Border Orders)

For orders within the European Union, additional customs duties are generally not applicable.

If any additional charges are imposed by local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer.
