1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within Slovenia
  • To selected European Union countries (where available)

Shipping availability will be shown during checkout.
If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

During peak seasons (such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 1–3 business days
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs or regulatory checks
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect delivery information

Masala Supermarket is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Order size

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional charges may apply
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


7. Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Goods

Some food products may be sensitive to:

  • Heat
  • Cold
  • Improper storage

While we take care in packaging, proper storage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

Masala Supermarket is not liable for product issues caused by improper storage after delivery.


8. Customs & Duties (EU Orders)

For orders within the European Union, additional customs duties are generally not applicable.

If any charges are imposed by local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
