500 g Chicken

1 cup Yogurt (Curd)

2 tbsp Butter

½ cup Fresh Cream

1 Onion (chopped)

2 Tomatoes (puree)

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Marinate Chicken
Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Leave for 30 minutes.
2. Cook Chicken
Grill or fry the chicken pieces until slightly cooked.
3. Prepare Gravy
Heat butter and oil. Add chopped onion and cook until golden.
4. Add Tomato & Spices
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add spices.
5. Add Chicken & Cream
Add cooked chicken and fresh cream. Simmer 5–10 minutes.
6. Serve
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan or rice.
